Freedom of Choice: Freedom to visit any dentist whether or not you participate in the MetLife PDP. Plus, you don’t need to pre-select a primary dentist or obtain referrals to see a specialist.
Valuable Benefit Coverage: If you choose services, such as orthodontics, cosmetics or implants, which are not covered by the dental plan, you can still save money by using a participating PDP dentist. Participating PDP dentists will extend scheduled PDP fees for non-covered services to PDP Plan participants. Although you are responsible for the full cost of the services provided, you and your family may save money on certain procedures since PDP fees are typically 10-35% below average charges in your community.
